Rickie Waters, 53, of Frankfort, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at Clinton House in Frankfort. He was born July 12, 1967, in Tipton, to Ronnie and Sally Miller Waters.

Rickie graduated from Clinton Central high school in 1987. He had worked for Custom Builders as a machine operator for several years.

Rickie is survived by one sister: Michele Harris of Frankfort, IN.
